Ebooks and audiobooks are delivered digitally through BookFunnel.

Print books are primarily printed in the US through IngramSpark, while merchandise may be produced by Printful or Printify depending on the product and your location. Art prints and bookmarks are printed in the US by Smartpress.

Yes! Jessica currently ships to the US, UK, EU, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Iceland, Norway, Switzerland, Bahrain, Egypt, South Africa, India, and Japan.

A few important things to know:

EU Customers
Due to EU regulations, drop-shipped merchandise such as clothing, apparel, and accessories is not currently available to EU customers. Books, art prints, bookmarks, and bookplates fulfilled directly by Jessica are still available.

EU + UK Customers
VAT is included at checkout, although additional customs fees may still apply upon delivery depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

Canadian Customers
Jessica recommends choosing USPS shipping where available to help avoid additional brokerage fees that may be charged by UPS or FedEx.

Please keep the damaged item and all original packaging and get in touch as soon as possible so Jessica can begin the claims process.
