Review: A Game of Fate by Scarlett St. Clair

“I am going to have to stop breaking things when she gets here, he thought, and then scolded himself for sounding so…hopeful.” A Game of Fate is book 1.5 in the Hades and Persephone series by Scarlett St. Clair. It’s basically a retelling of A Touch of Darkness, but from Hades’ POV! I thought I loved ATOD and ATOR, but reading this one made me love the series even more! I definitely need the entire series in Hades’ POV now… This review focuses more on the new aspects, rather than the entire plot. For a review of the plot, check out my ATOD review here. I really loved reading the extra little things Hades does when Persephone isn’t with him. And of course, Hecate and Hermes are my favorites, so I loved seeing more of them! Hecate is definitely the best part of this
